Your 28-day course was so reassuring and just what I needed. I enjoyed the structure of the programme, for me I like to keep active and it really helped having this programme to stick it - I felt like I was actively doing something! I stuck to the calendar religiously and really felt it was helping my knee, it felt so much stronger & I was in much less pain by the end of the 28 days. I now feel strong enough to move onto the next phase of my rehab & strengthening, all thanks to your course. I wouldn't hesitate to revisit this course again if I need to. The program has done fantastic things for my knee, posture, and general strength. You gotta put the work in, but the results address so many of my past imbalances it’s really ticking all the boxes like strengthening my abdominals, too. I went from 50% to 85% knee health all because of the program. What a relief to be going in the right direction!
