About Dr. David Middaugh

Dr. David's journey toward becoming an expert in manual physical therapy began at the University of Texas at Austin, where he completed his degree and graduated in 2007. Eager to deepen his expertise, Dr. David pursued a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Texas State University ā San Marcos, earning his degree in 2011.
In 2015, Dr. David achieved a rare milestone in his field by completing an elite fellowship and residency trainingāan accomplishment attained by less than 1% of physical therapists nationwide. Despite having practiced for just over a decade, his advanced training equips him with the skills and knowledge of a clinician with over 30 years of experience.
Driven by a passion for helping others, Dr. David founded El Paso Manual Physical Therapy with a mission to empower people to avoid surgery, reduce reliance on pain medications, and maintain an active lifestyle. In 2019, he launched a YouTube channel, which has since grown to over 700,000 subscribers.
