Over time, your back and thigh muscles overcompensate, compressing your spine joints and discs.

Many people try stretches, walking programs, or home exercise machines, but these rarely work because they don’t correct the imbalance.

Most healthcare professionals aren’t trained to address it, they’re taught to focus on medications, injections, or surgery instead. 

To move forward, you must retrain your abdominal and glute muscles to activate properly.

You can’t skip this step. It might feel simple, but rebuilding this connection is the key to progressing into Phase 3.
